 Welcome to MeWeRTH’s Reading for Well-being Community Book Club!

Reading is associated with several health benefits including improved mental health, stress reduction, and improved cognitive function. Benefits of community include improved well-being, decreased social isolation, and increased connectedness.

Each month I’ll select an evidence-based book focused on a dimension of well-being, known as Professor Pozzulo’s Picks. I’ll also give you my take on the book. We will use a digital platform to post book selections and reviews and communicate with each other. And if you’re reading a book that you want others to know about, you too can post about it! We will have draws for book giveaways and host book events throughout the year.
