Move the Body, Heal the Mind by Jennifer Heisz, Ph.D. is certainly about exercise BUT it also is much more than that. Heisz shares her journey to improved well-being along with the science behind the connection of physical exercise and mental well-being. In this book, you will find several exercises (literally) that might help improve your well-being. Heisz begins by sharing how a personal crisis pushed her to a new year’s resolution of fitness, and more specifically a triathlon.
